Not sure why Richmond doesn't feature higher up in any of the golf course rankings. Really beautiful heathland course with well kept fairways and quick greens in great condition. Relatively short, but challenging, with plenty of fairway bunkers. A tad expensive, but not too stuffy. Recommended!

The course was in fantastic condition. Best I have seen it for some time. The greens were beautiful and quick. The Richmond is always presented in great condition and is a joy to play.

Play the Richmond on a regular basis. It was still rather wet today but the greens were good. Plenty of work taking place which will be great when the summer comes

Beautiful track that plays short but still requires thinking around. Accuracy is required so don't plan on blasting drives every hole. It's very old fashioned with a ball shoot and enforced 4 balls at busy times but the people are friendly.

The course, although very wet, looked fantastic. The greens have improved greatly and were very true if not up to their normal speed yet. The bunkers are fantastic and very consistent. Excellent club sandwich in the clubhouse afterwards for £10 which was delicious.

The course is having some necessary maintenance with sand on the tees and hollow tining. It was still in very good condition and once the sand etc goes it will once again be absolutely superb.

Very good conditions for a good round. Practice shots in the net and on the putting green really helped start the round off well. Slow play on the first 12 holes.

A private members club. The course is always in excellent condition and the greens are beautiful. Not the most demanding course and if you can keep it straight then you can score well. Mostly flat so not too demanding when walking the course. The par 5's provide very good par opportunities if not birdies but the par 3's are tough as this is where the course defends itself.
