The course was excellent and in good condition. It's a picturesque parkland style course and if you can draw the ball a little then that will help. You never get the feeling that you're just going up and down th course and you'll probably have to use every club in your bag.
The only downside was the unwelcoming and less than helpful gentlemen behind the counter in the pro shop but don't be put off my him, it's a lovely course and everyone else we spoke to was very friendly.

My second time at this Club and the Sun was shining on this well manicured course. Staff both helpful and efficient.

played this on saturday 4th july 2009, in the invitaional open, played with amember as a 2 man team off the white teess, a very challenging course, but very enjoyable, some tough holes. enjoyed the3rd hole blind dogleg club house is excellent, and enjoyed chicken curry chips and rice and apple crumble, all for 7.50

Really great course ,the greens were in excellent condition ,some great pat 5s some tricky bunkers round the greens really enjoyed it today ,the pace of other players was fine

Top Course
Just joined as a lifestyle member. Love it here, great course, great facilities, great staff. I would well recommend a visit or to join.(Round played: May 2021 - Score: 93 Handicap: 18.8)

Playing Great
Greens and fairways in great nick following Junior Open. Rough was thick and difficult and presented a challenge when you strayed from the tee.New set up there and pro / staff. Great atmosphere there now and there is no looking back it seems. Well worth a visit there. I have joined and am so pleased I made the move. 3 of us tee'd off at 7.20. Went round in under 3 hours without rushing at all.

In great condition
Although not one of the 'famous' Wirral courses, Prenton is well worth a visit. I have visited occasionally over the last 20 years but never seen it in such fantastic condition. Greens and fairways both excellent.Reviewer Rating

Had a great round except for the 9 on 6th hole, enjoyable,
