Nice course, good to play
A very welcoming club. There are some very interesting holes to play on this course. The weather can be an additional hazard when you are on top oif the hill and your distance and direction need to be spot on.(Round played: Jun 2020 - Score: 108 Handicap: 24.9)

Your love it or hate it !
Very hilly course that's not for everyone.All holes are different from each other apart from a couple of par 3's.
The 6th hole is fantastic, the 13th a real challenge.
17th and 18th will destroy your scorecard if you get them wrong. No room for errors.
Overall I love it.

Pleasantly Surprised
Wickham only had 5 playable holes and Cams booked until 12.30. Hadn't played at Portsmouth Golf Course for some years so decided to give it a try. 14 holes for ?15 and straight on. Well maintained and no complaints at all. Had forgotten about the gradients and paid the price for all the Christmas indulgences. Overall, a nice setting with some great views. Hidden gem
Hard course set on a hill , if you can play this course you can play any , every hole is different and test any standard of handicap(Round played: Sep 2019 - Score: 78 Handicap: )
