We were probably very lucky and played here in March and a sunny and exceptional calm day with little wind so the true links never really came into it.Course and layout was fantastic, greens immaculate and one of the joys of my golfing experiences. A joy to play and a course well worth visiting especially because it suits all golfes an abilities, fantastic hospitality, lovely views and there is also onsite accommodation.

If you aren't the straightest then driver not always the best option as rough can be tall and thick. Greens are super slick.
Some of the views from the higher points on the course are spectacular.

Not a windy day (lucky me!), great atmosphere, hope to come back and play there again! Friendliness of the people adds value; first time on a links, it’s quite a different approach to the game, but I definitely love it!(Round played: Apr 2018 - Score: 115 Handicap: )

If you want a tough challenging course with great fairways,bunkers and fast greens this is the place for you. We played it twice over 2 days the first day was very windy we played matchplay format both days England v Wales which I would recommend especially if you have never played a links course. We will be back again
