Played course on 04/09/21. Was in very good condition, greens neat & tidy, and playing quite fast today completed round in 3 Hours 35 minutes. As usual staff are very friendly & welcoming.
Play here quite regularly and always find staff are friendly & pleased to see you. The only down side is it can become slow with lots of society's.

Yeah right!
Members said the greens were like lightning - yeah right - if these greens were quick they would be unplayable - shoot at pins and tweak it a a yard left or right and look forward to a chip off of the green! Good luck holding anything if you hit the centre of the green - very penal?If you are looking for a line off most tees, just aim in the middle of the 150 yd markers, that are probably 150yds between the two - you could land 2 A380's side by side on most fairways. I hit it like an idiot and missed most fairways (yep that wide!) and still shot 36pts off 12!!
How that slope rating compares to other courses of similar set up, I will never know...
Hopefully it will be 5 plus years before I'm invited back to play it again....

In fantastic condition. Greens very undulating in places but a fair test. I agree with its current high rating as overall experience was one of the best I’ve experienced in the local vicinity.

Worth a visit.
Several years since I was a corporate member here. The course condition has improved and the new plantings will improve it further. A challenging course for the mid handicapper. Fast greens, beautifully manicured. Sculpted fairways. Overall a great place for a walk.(Round played: Jun 2021 - Score: 96 Handicap: 17.4)

Great course in v good nick
Lovely course in great condition. Not a long course but challenging holes. The greens are in excellent condition and run very true. Well worth a visit if you're in the area. Paid ?30 on a bh Monday as a guest.Reviewer Rating

Bueatiful kept course
Played this course on 29/05/2021. Course was in excellent condition, with greens and fairways neatly cut. Play quite regularly here and would highly recommend even if some of the greens are quite difficult. Staff are always exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Only downside is it gets quite busy and so can sometimes be a bit slow.(Round played: May 2021 - Score: 98 Handicap: 19.9)

Course changes seal of approval
During lockdown changes have been made to the course. The 10th and 11th have seen the biggest changes, with the old tee reopened on the 10th providing a new angle to the fairway through trees and over a pond. 2 new fairway bunkers and 2 new greenside bunkers add to the challenge. The 11th has 3 new bunkers on what was already a strong par 3. A new winter tee for the par 3 8th has also been added, completely changing the hole. All this at what is one of the friendliest clubs around.Reviewer Rating
