You should visit
Patshull is great. Everyone if friendly and you always get a warm welcome. The course was at one time an arboretum so you can guess how good it looks and how varied the fawner is. Great course, not easy, but not scary.(Round played: Jul 2019 - Score: 95 Handicap: 17.1)

Great course, considering the rain we have had, it was in excellent nick. Great views and some really good golf holes that may not be long but make you really think. Now on my favourite list and will return.

Visted in October with 11 other golfers on a residential break - good value , staff efficient and welcoming . As a 3 star it ranks very highly for service against some of the 'big boys' who claim to be 4/5 star .The golf course is 6400 yards , and great for all golfers and it is well maintained ; the pool / jacuzzi is also very welcoming after 18 holes .

Played here a couple of times but yesterday was the best yet. Greens ran quick and true. Bunkers were consistent and well maintained. Fairways nice length and not too short. A true test of golf. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning soon.

Beautiful, mature golf course with a great mix of holes. Some long par 4's and some that are drivable but are well protected. Lovely use of the natural elevations of the land. The walk across the bridge over the lake between holes 3 and 4 and on hole 13 is always nice. Very peaceful and relaxing golf location.

Outstading Venue
I have played Patshull Park on numerous occasions over the years, and I still consider it one of the prettiest courses around, with its numerous types of trees and varied holes it cannot help but please.(Round played: Jul 2019 - Score: 87 Handicap: 16.7)

Nice break
Had a bed, breakfast and evening meal package. The breakfast was adequate, although the fresh fruit a little limited with tinned oranges, rather than fresh being served. But all else was good and the evening meal had plenty of choices. The Golf was enjoyable despite the scores. The greens were relatively easy to read, and the fairways in good order. The only problem was the geese and ducks. Round the second, third and forth whilst lovely to see have left their mark on the fairways and greens, so beware.(Round played: Jun 2018 - Score: 103 Handicap: 18.9)

After reading some excellent reviews of this course I was excited about visiting. Sadly it did not live up to the hype. There were 6 temporary greens on and almost every hole was on a temporary forward tee. As a result the course is greatly reduced in length, with one hole being reduced from 290 yards to about an 80 yard pitch and putt hole. Holes 1-3 and 14-18 were a bit boring, with holes 4-13 having a bit more character. Managed to get a round without booking for the bargain price of £7.50 but defiantly not worth the £50 a round in summer that their website shows although I'm sure the course would be much nicer to play in summer. Definitely a course that looks better on Google Earth than from ground level.

Really good course that was in fantastic condition. Greens were fairly quick and rolling nicely. It would be very hard to find a better course at the price. A good mix of challenging (e.g. 5 & 12th) and less-challenging holes, means that it was enjoyable for a range of handicaps. Almost all holes favour a miss to the left (Round played: Jul 2012 - Score: 78 Handicap: 5)
