Nice course but the place is ruined by the arrogant man in the shop, will never play this course again because of him and I advise others to stay clear

Redesigned course to short with excessive rough to try to make the course harder, no one in our group of 12 enjoyed the course because the rough was too long, 18 inches & too thick

Come here regularly but today will be the last for a while. I get you’re supposed to be punished for going in the rough but you should still be able to find your ball and have an attempt at a shot. This was a free round and I still feel I paid too much!

Always loved this course. But played it today and it was a MASSIVE disapoimtment. 4 of the best holes have lost their greens or tees in a landsale and many greens that ste left are ground under repair. In summarry I am very sad to see what eas one of the best in the area RUINED by its owners.

Played in a society today the course last year was very good and demanding especially the par 5s. Today the course is completely different, par 5s taken out, fences put up holes on either temporaries or taken out altogether. It seems to me that they have taken a championship course and ruined it. My analogy would be they took a perfectly good lifeboat and chopped it up to make a raft! Although the pro was apologetic and helpful it did not make up for the disappointment of the day.

Before I start I must say I got this for £6 on tee off times, but the greens are a disgrace. balding motor bike tracks and huge chunks missing if I were paying over £10 I'd be gutted. used to love this course back in the 2 fore 1 days

The greens are as poor as any you will encounter. All of them have either been vandalised or seem to have a disease of some sort. None of the bunkers have rakes in them. Please please avoid this terrible course. £26 per round for this is a disgrace. After leaving a complaint the PRO was very rude and disrespectful.

Generally disappointed with what used to be a good course. Couldn't find the Pro, as the pro shop was locked. Tyre tracks all accross some fairways and greens. Greens very poor in some areas.

Accountant Run Course
We played the course twice over the last weekend litter strewn T Boxes covered in divots and broken T's the fairways clearly suffering some sort of grass fungus with large swathes dead or dying. Yes the greens themselves were in the main not horrendous but even here divots and damage had not been repaired. This could be a lovely course but lack of investment has left it very much wanting.Reviewer Rating

Potentially nice course in need of some TLC!
Only the second time we've played here with the first time being pre-Covid.The course is a nice lay-out but lacks a little finesse which could promote it from decent to good.
The bunkers were generally in pretty poor condition with both little definition and not enough sand.
The tee-boxes needed tidying up, with quite a few of the white/yellow teeing markers missing and no plaques for yardages and hole layout maps on any of them.
The course in general was hard, especially for the time of year and the greens were in need of some water, as they were unreceptive, with approach shots having to be landed well short to stand any chance of them finishing on the greens.
The only real positive was the green fee, which at £18 was reasonable and just about value for money. However, we agreed we'd rather them spend a bit of money getting it up to snuff and start charging say £25.

A little disappointing
Only had 13 holes open and the first couple of holes were very underwhelming. The pro was a lovely guy though. I had forgotten my golf shoes and he sorted me out with a pair to wear for the round.Reviewer Rating
