nice course but still quite wet after recent rain a bit disappointed many winter tees and greens despite a period of dry weather

Course was really poor, very wet under foot which is puzzling as there hasn't been much rain.

The course was in good condition considering the weather over the last few days, greens were a little unpredictable but this didn't spoil a great day out.

Played Morpeth golf course on Sunday 14th june, course was very good, and in very Good condition, greens however good have been quicker although I think there only one cut away from being excellent. I look forward to playing here again.

Played during bad weather and the course was good, some surprising blind spots that were a little tricky for me (which is good). Club house a little dated but good atmosphere, chef spoiled the whole day as one of our party was paying for all the food and her card was refused as he insists on cash only. Had to drive miles to a cashpoint.
Good club but take cash if you need to pay for food...

Being new to the area i hummed and harred about joining Morpeth GC. I tried a few of the other local courses before deciding on Morpeth.
The staff and fellow members all seem to be very helpful and friendly.... the ones i've met anyway...
The course is a real pleasure to play and has been in very good condition in the 4 months i have been playing there.
Give it a bash.... well worth it!!
