Let Down!
Played in an open at Moortown and was so disappointed at the condition of the course, Greens so slow and don't run true at all, Fairway have bare patches all over them, not worth the £60Reviewer Rating

Corporate golf day in heavy rain. Wet fairways but well kept course. Played nicely.

never played here before,,quite enjoyed it tough track and long ,,,greens were not poor but very bobbly and could have done with a roll and cut ,,but to say a few weeks ago it was under alot of snow its understandable ,,overall just about worth the £45 green fee ,, not sure i would pay the summer rate ,,as i think moor allerton is in my view a better course ,,,but good day had

Superb course
Played several times - always enjoyable, Great mix of holes and was in superb condition. Not the cheapest of midweek rounds (?105) but pop into the clubhouse & see the history of the place/Ryder cup etc . Great service / hospitality too.Reviewer Rating

First Ryder cup venue
A really stunning course, set in a very quiet place considering it's almost bordered by houses. We played on a dry and mildly breezy day. The conditions were perfect underfoot. Standing on the elevated first tee, you get a sense of ?we're happy that you chose to visit us ? kind of feeling.Not one boring hole amongst the eighteen. Greens all brilliant. It would be great to try Moortown in the summer.

Top class course
First time playing Moortown, heard good things prior an was not disappointed. Good setup all round. Heathland course with a few tricky holes. Greens had just been slit and hollowtined so were a bit hard to read and slow, would love to play again to see true greens. Fairly easy walk around mainly on the flat.(Round played: Aug 2018 - Score: 80 Handicap: 5.3)
