I'm just getting back into playing after a long lay off, I've played this course many times over the years. however the greens had been forked and were very lumpy. things have improved since.

I played the course the same day as a storm within 3 hours the course was dry and in very good condition

As a former member of this club, returning annually to play in a society day, I have witnessed improvements year on year. The greens have seen the greatest improvement and play true throughout all 9 holes. Additional tree planting and a willingness to allow the rough to grow rough challenges the golfer to keep it straight. The course has the unique ability to challenge the beginner and experienced player alike with 2 spectacular 240 yard par 3's over water! The scores from the Society Day are testament to the challenge the course provides.
The friendliness of the staff stands out and we were welcomed with open arms. There is no golfing snobbery at this venue.

good beginners course worthy of a try hardest holes have to be hole 2 and hole 6 with the easiest being hole 5 and hole 3

It is a very nice course good for beginners and good for those who want to improve their game the fairways are nice and wide the greens are ok could do with some work though. I enjoy playing the 9 hole and would recommend to anyone.
