Lovely people work here
Amazing staff both in the office, bars and pro shop.Green keepers also doing a great job of keeping 9 holes open

great course
lovely course with some challenging holes fairways are a little thin in places but otherwise excellent.the recent decision to cut down rough has made this an excellent intermediate course.

What was already a good course, is fast becoming a great course. The improvements that have been made over the winter have really lifted the place up a level.
Best greens in the area. Can't wait to play it in the summer.

Cracking course to call 'Home'
Cracking course to call 'home' - Family membership is an absolute steal at £1200 pa for me, my wife and the two step-kids. Course is still on full tees and greens as it stands and trolleys are allowed with winter wheels. Problem for non-members over the weekends is that our members are booked up from earliest light to 4 hours prior to sunset - so there's not much chance of getting a full 18 holes in after the membership have finished. lost horrizon
Never new this course was even there, I've driven down the A1 for years and never noticed it, now we've found it I look forward to playing again a little confusing at first, the course is on one side of the road club house on the other.Reviewer Rating

Golf society day
Very polite staff the course was in good condition very little sand in the bunkers but a lot of stones in the bunkers to make up for the lack of sand but over all a very good golf course go give it go u will not be disappointed(Round played: Oct 2017 - Score: 83 Handicap: 9.5)

Joining as Family Members here soon!
Always a lovely course to [play tho the greens were a little bobbly in spots yesterday. It's a bargain price here if you play with a member - cost us £15 (Thursday morning) so good value. Membership packages are very reasonable so I've decided to join with my wife and the Stepkids for a princely sum of around £100 per month for the four of us!(Round played: Jun 2017 - Score: 87 Handicap: 18.9)

First round of the 2015 season and the course is in tip top condition. Greens have been spiked to get them drier but apart from this it was excellent

thanks to everyone at mid Yorkshire for a great day the greens where fast and true and the course is very difficult with a lot of dog legs you have got to be on your game to post a good score go and play it you will not be disappointed

Well kept course with nice facilities, the driving range was closed for improvements which was a shame as I like to warm up before playing. The course played very well with some challenging holes and fast greens. Really enjoyed the experience. I'll be visiting again soon.

With the gusty winds today made this course very tough, the wind whips round and is hard to judge the direction, still enjoyed the round even though the scores were shocking

Fairways on the golf course are amazing, the round before that I played at Mid Yorkshire the fairways were a little scorched in places. The greens run very fast and are challenging, even more so when the pins are cut as they were today, all in all recommend this course to anyone
