Well worth the visit, an up and down course every hole is different. Keep your shots straight and you can have an excellent round.

Course was in great condition on a lovely sunny day. Still in lockdown so we could only play the golf and then go home.

First time I've played this course.Was in good condition apart from the pitch marks on every green! This was a shame because everything else was very good.

Great day, good food & hospitality by the clubhouse staff. The golf course was in very good condition with friendly members.

Good round spoil't by poor finish on last four holes I failed to score any points.
Score 103, 25 points Handicap 20.2.

Fantastic day despite poor chipping and putting. Top dressing was applied to all greens, so expected to not do well on putting. Course is holding up well to recent rainy weather despite the numbers of people still trudging around there. Hospitality great and good prices for food and drink.

Playing in December I expected the course to be a little waterlogged and not up to scratch. Surprisingly I was wrong. Most tee offs remained on grass, nice touch over the winter. Fairways were in good shape and greens ran true. Only cost £15 for the round which I felt was good value. Would definitely recommend.

Nice course, not to long but challenging for my game. Many of the fairways have cross-falls, greens well protected by bunkers and always in good condition

Featured within the Golfshake Top 100 under £30 green fees this is a popular, well presented, golf course easily accessible from Derby. Despite the recent hot weather the greens are well kept and the baked fairways add another dimension of difficulty to its tight tree lined fairways.The clubhouse is superb and the food is the perfect golfers fayre of a very high standard that is reasonably priced.The short holes are a challenge and a decent strategic game is rewarded playing this course. I love playing here, doing so at least once a year. Highly Recommended venue representing excellent value for money.
