BLUES GOLF SOCIETY
We all enjoyed our 3 days at Worsley Park Golf and Country club.The weather for April was ok and the course although as expected was bit soft in places the greens were in good condition and the course was well kept. The hotel facilities were excellent as was the food and a great selection of drinks available.
The staff in the hotel, club shop and on the course were very friendly and helpful.
The fitness facilities were excellent.
Bunkered golf breaks were very efficient before and after our trip as per usual as we have orgaiised breaks with them before.

Great course and the greens were almost perfect very good facilities of the course food and drink also very good.

Good Track, nice and wide
A long course makes it more challenging for shorter hitters. Some really nice holes, quite wide fairways so you can open your shoulders. Fantastic fairways and greens and a nice looking course. Played two days quite slow both days. First day was over booked and tee time put back about 35 minutes. Second day we followed a ladies society which was really slow. The good course made up for the waiting on each hole. Also stayed at the hotel which was class, great rooms (spotless), the food choices were fantastic for 3 courses, and a lovely pub and garden next door, hotel and golf bars were fab too though a little disappointing they closed early. Would definitely play again but try and get earlier tee off times.Reviewer Rating

Always great to play
Played Worsley Park a few times now, always enjoy being there. Course in great condition, greens maybe a little slow but true. Some nice par 3s especially the 7th and tricky par 4 8th.Reviewer Rating

Hidden gem.
This is a hidden gem nestled in the countryside just outside Manchester and I am very pleased to say its just a few miles from my home.Fabulous facilities including spa, large indoor pool, fully equipped gym and the lovely and challenging 18 hole golf course that I am lucky to play on a weekly basis, it is beautifully maintained by the ground staff who obviously take pride in there work, as do all the staff.
