Nice to play
The weather was a bit windy but the course was nice to play although the first couple of greens looked a bit bare in places but after that the improved.(Round played: Nov 2017 - Score: 93 Handicap: 17.8)

Nice course, played well, greens were rough as had just been spiked for winter

Ups and Downs course good but unimpressed by clubhouse
Interesting up and down course with good greens but poor bunkers. limited practice facilities and changing rooms a bit smelly. Drinks okay but food seemed to be "microwave specials" and sandwiches abysmal. Play and enjoy but then leave - quickly!Reviewer Rating

The course is good, (in good condition), it is quite hilly but well laid out, very nice restaurant with friendly staff. On the course I had help from a couple of regulars when I couldn't see where the next tee was. Can't comment on value for money it was a free game from American Golf.
The club shop is small and not really very well stocked, It has a range as well.

Very enjoyable round and given time of year the course was in very good condition. Welcome in clunb house very friendly and pro shop staff very helpful.

We were playing as a fourball here on Friday 18/09/15 and we could not have been made to feel more to say the least.welcome. When I telephoned the club I elected to be put through to the Pro shop as we needed to book the tee and buggies etc, I spoke to a gentleman named Andrew and he was refreshingly helpful. The course is in great condition and has some beautiful views over open countryside. We had a couple of ham salad sandwiches from the bar to take out on the course, though these were quite expensive, they were wrapped up for us and they tasted beautiful and fresh.

Pleasant park land course that undulates nicely. The back 9 is nearly 100 years younger than the front nine and is maturig now the trees planted to provide defenition are filling out. The course was in excellent condition and the greens, whilst stil showing the signs of early season preperation are likely to be first rate fo the key summer monhts. The last 3 holes, all played over water, can make or break the scorecard of any player irrespective of handicap.
