What a change! I played here about 8 years ago and vowed to not return due to the poor state of the course. My society booked a day here and I must admit I tried to talk them out of it. The management have invested in the course and I must say its paying dividends as the course was in brillant condition. A mix of short and long holes that make you think your way round and not just blast away, the small size of the greens means accuracy is the key to success. Tough but fair with with lovely true greens to putt on. A very enjoyable afternoon.

A beautiful day for the second day of our society weekend. The course played fantastic. It was a jy to walk such a beautiful course.
The course is made up of a garden area and parkland, not a course where you just get the big dog out of the bag for every tee. Some course management required.

it rained during this round but the condition of the course was excellent. Staff at the hotel very friendly

A course that gets better each time we play it. We played on club championship weekend and it is very hard to pick fault with either the course or the service we received, beautiful presentation on the course with lush fairways and superb greens, staff in the clubhouse were very friendly despite a very busy day. Will certainly be returning again!

Really good course, tight holes need some thinking, not a course where you can hit the driver that often.
Greens were fairly quick, nicely kept fairways.
Will definately go back soon.

played for the first time. this was a pro-am event.greens were in excellent condition.very enjoyable course with opportunities to be rewarded for playing well. had a good round apart from one hole where the wheels came off big time. still we won the team event walking away with £90.00 worth of prizes each.clubhouse food and changing room facilites were all excellent.would recomend playing if you have the chance.18th hole was 606 yards short.

A Challenging Parkland Course with ponds and ditches, tight fairways and punishing rough. All in all adds up to big scores and lost balls if not swinging well. Excellent drainage and the greens were in very good condition. At £28 per round on Weekdays (£14 with 2-Fore-1 vouchers accepted all week!), its well worth the money.
