Good winter track

Decent even in the wet conditions. Greens ran out very well. welcoming even in lockdown. Would visit again and like to play in summer.

I’ve been wanting to play here for years but £70 put me off. Paid £30 winter price and to be honest couldn’t see what all the fuss was about. Wouldn’t even make my top five local courses. And at that price won’t be playing it again.
It’s not a bad course and greens were good but nothing spectacular. The price fools you into thinking it’s better.

Wow what a course

8 of us played on bank holiday Monday ( day after captains day ) can't fault the course in any way ( greens as good as I have ever played) . All I can say is thanks ????

Usual friendly welcome by all, great pre round food. Course in usual decent condition greens true not too quick. Always worth a visit that’s why I play it every year during their festival week.

Must play North West course.

Played for the first time 8/12. Very impressed. Despite the recent bad weather the course held up well, some winter greens but most were ok. Can't wait to return in the summer, excellent layout, well bunkered and a real mix of holes.

Top class course

Played a few open events here now, always a friendly welcome. Course in great condition given recent heavy rain. Greens a little soft but true. Great food in clubhouse.

Fantastic course, some blind shots on a few holes but really enjoyable round. Facilities in club house excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Top class course

Always like playing this course, friendly welcome in clubhouse and pro shop. Good practice facilities. Course well spread out over a large area. Some great holes like par 3 16th, a proper card wrecker. Greens always in great nick. Certainly one of the best courses in the Manchester and surrounding area.

Get a buggy

Played it for the first time. Course was in excellent condition and greens were superb. But to many blind holes. 12 out of 18 are blind off the tee making it very difficult for a new visitor to the course.
