Lovely place
Fantastic welcome and a course that is genuinely worth playing. The greens were as true and slick as I have ever played, probably as true as Royal Lytham. Some very interesting holes!Reviewer Rating

Fantastic course and a very enjoyable round, greens were the best I have ever played on. Pro shop very helpful and members very welcoming.

Got to be in the top 3 courses in Shropshire.Best greens i played on for a long time.fairways was in top nick to.

I've just started to take Golf a bit more seriously and taken temp membership at Ludlow, the staff at ludlow and in particular one of the club's Pro's, Dan Francis has been outstanding, in terms of Instruction and Knowledge. My kids have just joined the Golf Academy, the training team are excellent and higly recommended.

A fantastic inland linksy-style course in superb condition all year round. I cannot speak highly enough of the greens. Lovely surfaces to putt on in any condition and, although I have not played there in summer time, I am assured they are very fast. If you want a superb winter course, look no further. Off the course, very friendly proshop staff and excellent food on offer at the 19th.

Remarkable how dry the course was
Very impressed with the condition of this golf course considering the amount of rain that had fallen in the few days before we played. The course was very dry, with all tees in use, trolley allowed and the vast majority of main greens in use. The course is quite flat and boarders the Ludlow race course, but has plenty of challenging holes. Overall, a great course for playing in the winter ?? I guess it would be nice in the summer as well.Reviewer Rating

Hidden gem
Visited Ludlow for there senior open, the course is in great condition greens fast but true a great day(Round played: Oct 2021 - Score: 117 Handicap: 18)

Good course, fair test of ability. Racetrack a bit confusing but you soon get use to it. Great views and nice clubhouse.

Visitors are well cared for both before, during, and after your round of golf.
Very friendly and helpful Club Pro made sure we got off at a good time and even considered putting us off the 10th to make sure we had an enjoyable round without holdups.
It took a while to get used to the close proximity of other holes and tees, but the course was in excellent condition and the greens were very slick indeed.
We found the members friendly and would be pleased to play there again.
