Varied and joyful course
Played over a joyous sunny afternoon interesting course with no two consecutive holes the same, doglegs, water hazards sloped greens a good test and reasonably priced for a weekend.Good facilities and a fair test of ability, thoroughly enjoyed and will return

Second time around!
The greenkeepers are protecting the course at the moment by not cutting the fairways but the layout if thus course goes back and across a local stream creating a valley feel to the golfBetter for knowing as you don't always need the druver off the tee. Great value combined with a associate card. Ask for Mr Bugg who will be happy to give one to you.

Fair nick after all the recent hot weather
Greens and fairways were good but the semi rough needed more maintenance. Considering all the hot weather was not bad condition overallReviewer Rating

Burnt Course
The course itself is well laid out but that's all I can say for it. The fairways were burnt and didn't seem cut. The greens were also burnt with weeds growing in them in places. On two wholes the sprinklers were going as well. On the backs of greens there are fake owls ( i guess for deterrents) Yet on the poles that these are attached too on some holes are also dead blackbirds !!! ( I'm not vegan)Reviewer Rating

Great value for money
Have played numerous times over the years. Club house very very friendly and welcoming, as are the members I’ve met on the course. Course layout is good with some interesting holes. Course condition was good but there are much better courses nearby BUT this is reflected in the price. Greens very slow. Overall enjoyed the round and would play again(Round played: May 2018 - Score: 94 Handicap: )

Notleys first time
Hottest day in April for 70 years so.. this was a challenge. Very friendly round the undulating course that is Notleys. It was a real challenge for golfer and Greenkeeper alike, The course is terrific and challenging especially with so many hills to climb on a really hot day. Really enjoyed the experience the receptionist/Manager was brilliant welcomed us with cards and booklet and discount cards for future use. For improvement, greens could be much better and I beleive this is because of the nclimate weather we had to this point.(Round played: Apr 2018 - Score: 96 Handicap: 18.8)
