Good course but not at it's best

Played Longridge a few times now and always enjoy the course especially the views to be had on a clear day. Usual friendly welcome in pro shop and club house. Good breakfast. Course still recovering from harsh winter, quite wet in places. A few greens still being worked on but ran true enough. Once all work sorted will be back to normal great condition. Certainly well worth playing just for the views alone. Will keep coming back.

Superb

It was a beautiful summers day, the views were stunning across the Ribble Valley. The course was in great condition , the greens immaculate if fast and undulating, and it was a good challenging course. We were made very welcome by everyone . Coming back soon

Another great round with panoramic views

Fantastic course in excellent condition. No winter greens in use, only winter tees. Greens in good condition if not a little long and in need of a skin. Club pro is very helpful and knowledgeable. The course has some interesting and challenging holes 1, 8 & 17 being my favourites.
The views from the course are fantastic and worth a visit for these alone! Friendly staff and members make this an excellent golfing experience

first visit to this course but found it a real good course a bit hilly at the start and finish (had a buggy) but will come back it was in very good condition with green that we found difficult to read but it was our first visit so look forward to going back

Definitely a challenge especially when the wind is blowing like today! Spectacular views, good variety of holes, used most clubs in the bag. Greens in excellent condition and a good test of putting for anybody. Pro Shop very welcoming, course well worth the £15 I paid.

The course itself is in immaculate condition. The Greens are some of the best I have played on in the area-Very fast and more turn than some courses I have played. A variety of challenging holes mixed with some easier 1's. The par 3 8th is a great hole, but particularly tricky into the wind!!

Superb course,played courtesy round as green keeper however on a Wednesday you can play for the princely sum of £10..don't be fooled by price this is a true test of golf ,fast tricky greens especially on downhill putts,(try to leave yourself uphill putts where possible :-). ) excellent fairways, lovely par 3s stunning views, lucky it wasn't windy ,may be a bit harder then. Staff in proshop really helpful. Probably the best £10 you will ever spend .truly wonderful.

Longridge - Very Nice Views - difficult greens

Fantastic place u in the hills. Some steep slopes. Didn't like the shared green. Some interesting holes. But the greens were strange around the cups with some not so obvious slopesbends. As part of a 30+ group from a society, we all found putting near the hole hard.

As good as I remember

its been a while since I played 18 here but it was well worth the wait. Everyone has been using the irregular breathes summer to get the course and fa iritis in top condition.

Amazing views

A lovely course in great condition. Opening and closing holes are big up and down hill tough holes. The whole course a tough test but with amazing views from all over the course.

Great nick

Having had a few weeks off with Covid the course is in excellent condition and the greens are really quick but fair. Obviously the clubhouse is closed but well worth a visit.
