Superb
It was a beautiful summers day, the views were stunning across the Ribble Valley. The course was in great condition , the greens immaculate if fast and undulating, and it was a good challenging course. We were made very welcome by everyone . Coming back soonReviewer Rating

Played in mid March on a stunning day. Course and greens in fantastic condition for the time of year. The friendliest golf club I have ever played at.

Top club and course alround

One of the best and hardest course I have played
You have to use your course management
The fairways are tight but fair and the greens are
Fast and true.you will have to be fit and up for a challenge.its one of those courses you must play.and if you make it round to the 19th for a drink and food you will not be disappointed

A lovely course, well laid out with some good tests of decision making over brute strength. Amazing views across the Ribble Valley, which I'd love to see in the summer.
The greens were in superb condition for mid Dec, as was the rest of the course.
I can image it being brutal if the wind gets up

Superb course, will be back. Greens very very quick. Did something I've not done for ages and 4 putted (the 7th). Only slight wind but can imagine this being very severe on some days. The society played here last year and again this. We will definitely be back in 2016 (although I may come back next week with a mate I enjoyed it that much).

Course in great Nick. Greens top drawer. Very enjoyable apart from the walk up the 18th. Oxygen required. Good test though.

Have played this course a few times now and never disappoints. Quite open course to the elements so unusual to get a wind free round. Great views of surrounding countryside as course quite high. Greens always immaculate even in winter. Good climb up the 2nd and 18th hole other than them not to bad a walk. Par 3 8th hole my personal favorite. Great clubhouse, always friendly welcome to be had. If not played before make sure you do, well worth it for the money.
