A real treat
The Heritage Course which we played on the bank holiday monday May 8th was in top condition despite the overcast weather.This course, designed by Jack Nicklaus is the best course I've played in the UK.
the fairways are very generous and well defined. The bunkers are very strategically placed and in immaculate condition.

Very nice course shame too much rain 30 mph winds didn't help surface water on fairways so bit slushy at times
Practice green better than greens on course but think that's down to weather
Longest walk I've ever done so far between green and nxt tee box but enjoyed the experience

All staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Very good practice range - off grass, not mats.Played Prestige Course - tees, fairways and greens all in excellent condition.
Clubhouse food and drinks very good.
Very enjoyable day.
