Whilst the golf course speaks for itself, it should have and be given the utmost respect from the very first shot,! the members are very welcoming to visitor's to the point 4 years ago influenced my mind up for me to return to the #OPENWEEK annually, which I look forward to every year. The accommodation within the town is very friendly , as are the local pubs and Ale houses , with some very tasty Indian ,Chinese and Italian restaurants, but to top off the unforgettable round(s) of golf , you have to sample the excellent food cooked by the wonderful Simon and Beth in the club house restaurant!!, trust me when I say this , you will leave with Llandrindod Wells fading away in your rear view mirrors.. Uttering the words.."I'm definitely coming back to this place again"!

Must play
Our society played here in November when many other courses were waterlogged. We were lucky with the weather which was bright with only a very light breeze. The views were stunning from this upland course and I have never played on greens as good as these were for the time of year. As ever the turf was a joy to play off.Reviewer Rating

Fantastic welcome and awesome layout
Worth the 2.5hr drive, most friendly welcome from the club pro and all the staff tbh. Golf week in June £75 for the whole week with multiple events through the day and week. driving range, putting green.Course layout is great, luckily the wind didn't blow for my first visit so managed to plan my way around, everything in fine condition, 100% on the cards for a revisit.

Dry!
Fabulously dry winter golf course with no temps! A clean round with no mud to deal with! Highly recommended when other courses are mud baths! Lovely fairways underfoot! A true hidden gem!Reviewer Rating

Superb winter Golf
In a season where many courses are waterlogged and closed, Llandrindod Wells was playing fast and firm without a hint of mud. Fantastic welcome in the clubhouse from staff and members. Seriously good day.Reviewer Rating

I have played this course four times and it is well worth a visit good test great course. the course was in great condition and the staff are friendly and polite. very nice clubhouse. would recommend this course to anyone.
