Seniors open SSS 71, CSSS 72. Weather fair with some light drizzle. Played with Mike Lee from Effingham.

Great course, shame we didn't see it in the best conditions, torrential rain all round so standing water on the greens. Course played well considering the conditions. Will have to go back in the sunshine.

Had the pleasure of playing Liphook in November 2013. I was part of a society that was made very welcome. Excellent value for money with breakfast and a two course buffet. The course was immaculate for November and has many testing holes for all handicaps. Tight in a few places, so correct club selection is essential. Cannot wait to return end of this year.

The greens are fanatastic, and the course is well kept in general. Though lacking in length, the course provides a good test from the back tees due mainly to the nature of the fast greens!

Very hard for high handicappers, as a lot of heather carries. However, if you are a competent golfer (unlike me!) you will enjoy this course.

Absolutely fantastic course
Fast greens, lush fairways, plenty of heather to left and right, this is a pretty course and a decent test of golf, without being ridiculous. Will play here again.Reviewer Rating
