Fantastic course worth visiting

Well kept course and lovely clubhouse very friendly staff
Greens in good state only the bunkers are a bit compacted but this is due to the current situation

Great golf course

Course has some really nice looking holes. Tough in the wind! Fairways have suffered in a number of places due to lack of rain. Very enjoyable.

Great course

Great course with excellent practice, shower and bar facilities. Practice facilities on grass as well as range matts. Chipping and bunker areas. Great greens and well manicured fairways.

Played a club 4BBB match here on 25th April. The course was in very good condition in most places although there are still some areas recovering from last year's hot summer. Some greens are quite undulating with tough to read borrows. The rough just a yard off the fairway is very lush and punishing - the ball almost disappears in these locations. A pleasant course to play and I would like to play it again. Lunch after golf was very well presented and much appreciated by our team.

Well worth the money

Fantastic course in good condition for this time of the year. The bunkers were filled with good sand and the greens very true.

good woodland course

layout of the course follows the natural contours of the landscape, which aides and frustrates in equal measure

Tough course

Tough little course with narrow fairways, green were not in great condition but is was still winter conditions. Will definitely play again

Good course

Course generally in excellent condition apart from some badger damage on some holes. Bunkers & greens particularly well kept.

Not played this since the redevelopment. Friendly young pro, superb practice area as good as anything I've seen in England. The course was excellent condition very lush despite all the dry weather greens as good as anything I've played this year 8'9 on the stimp. Would have to say we found the course very easy off the yellows and didn't like the cross bunkering on a few holes, but overall will definitely be back sooner than later

we went there as a three ball in April 2017, firstly we liked the layout of the course but greens had been hollowtined but expected for this time of year. Cant fault the staff they all seemed friendly. when we booked we were given a tee time, as we got there early we took our time and had a coffee etc and walked to the tee, had a nice chat with some lady members waiting to tee off but then the problems started, male members came over and insisted they teed off before us as members had priority and when asked about tee times they said that system didnt exist, we then had to wait as a group came across from the 18th so as we should we gave way, we ended up teeing off about 30 mins after what we should have in the end, we got no end of nasty looks from male members it was like why are you on our golf course in thirty years of golfing i have never had this bad attitude before. We definitely wouldnt go back here and pay a green fee

Letchworth golf club's Heritage,18 hole course is presented to a very high standard. The club also has outstanding practice facilities comprising of a multi shot range with four target greens and covered practice bays. The jewel in the crown is the architect designed six hole par 3 Academy course, it's topographical contouring ensures both a golfing challenge and fun for the players. Visitors experience a friendly and hospitable environment
