Badly overrated

This course is no better than municipals in Merseyside. Overrated and overpriced. Greens are good but bunkers are not. Par 3s are straight and simple. Not a challenge if you hit straight. Terrible value for money.

Good greens.

Disappointed, over booked tee times , Society holding up play . 4.40 for a round.

If the greens didn’t play as well as they did it would have been a complete waste of time and money.

(Round played: Apr 2016 - Score: 93 Handicap: 16.6) still some boggy parts of course and some approach areas poor and patchy. Greens very good and some fairways good. Clubhouse closed when we finished our round at 8.30pm. Will play again but will wait until it dries out a bit. Bare lies around greens really not good, cost me a few shots.

A bit wet and muddy at the moment with 3 temporary greens, holes having to be played out of order and not all normal full length. We had complimentary round so not being too harsh. Greens excellent although spongy.

An attractive woodland course which is being improved. Bunkers have nice sand. Greens tricky.

Lee Park Liverpool is okay, play with a member twice per month. Don't enjoy the fairways on the 7th - 8th - 9th. Reminds me a farmers field. GCD

Nice course worth playing

First time visit to Lee Park GC, played in one of their open competitions. Friendly welcome in clubhouse, all covid restrictions being enforced. No pro shop but good practice facilities. Course was quite wet due to recent days of rain but playable. Greens true. Some nice holes in front nine with a few dog legs. Back nine not as appealing but still quite decent. Flat course so easy on the feet. Would return so I can play it when drier.
