Awful condition

It's only a tenner and you pay cheap you get cheap in this case. Tee Boxes muddy and with long grass - fairways that pass as deep rough on other courses , even shots onto the fairway cannot be seen unless you are standing on it !! No difference to fairway or rough TBH. Greens that are more worm cast and mud than green and the ball bobbles all over the place making putting a joke and hit or miss !. Robbed of a tenner as far as I am concerned and I won't be back.
The main challenge was not the course/ hazards or traps but whether you will find your ball in the fairway grass !!

Not value for money

Played there today, greens are in a shocking state I have played on flatter rugby pitches. The teeing areas are all overgrown. Not worth £15 for a round, I walked off after 6 holes and asked for my money back. Will never go there again !!!

Not so cheap and cheerful

Not the cheapest course in the area, fairways are tidy but the greens are definitely in need of attention. A fair amount of weeds on the green makes putting tricky.

Good for beginners. I play here regularly as I am just beginning, facilities are pretty poor but has a great Indian restaurant on site.

course is ok, lots of long par 3's, greens are pretty rough, some slow some fast, missing fairways but a foot or so means a ten minute search for your ball, fairways are ok, not a lot of roll on them though, couple of very short par 3's that are challenging, one with the green behind the trees so requires a bit of ingenuity, for £13 you cant really complain, not my favorite course but never say no.

A flat course, and quite short, a great course to practise your iron shots and short game, but you can leave your driver at home!

Greens I poor condition

Quite a lot of weeds on greens makes putting very tricky but all in all a good tester if just starting out
