It was a very good course the fairways in good condition the greens could have done with a cut but al consident

A friend and I played this course on Saturday 21st May 2016. We were made to feel welcome by the members and staff. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area. Advisable to book a buggy.

Scenery as stunning as ever, hard to beat this glorious setting. Course holding up well in the face of the relentless Cumbrian rain deluge.

I played the course in July last year and I was impressed with all elements of the clubs set up.The course is testing but fair and rewards "straight" play with birdie opportunities to be had.Stunning views around the course.Hospitality first class and have no problems recommending.

wet, but no winter greens and only one temp tee. Beautiful.

Nice course, well laid out with some tough to read greens. It is fairly hilly, but nothing that should take your breath away too much - apart from the views that is, as the course is set in some very picturesque country side.
No driving range, but they do have a practice area (you hit em, you fetch em) and a couple of nets near 1st tee. Didn't see any buggies for hire tho, so you might want to check should you require one?? If your up in the area, its def a course to try.
The major thing is...
**They don't take debit/credit cards, only cash or cheque**.
I played in may 08, booked it through 'Direct Tee Times' and it cost me £18... Bargain!

Being a member here I might be a bit biased but the course is probably in the best condition it's ever been in, the fairways and the greens are in great condition. The views are amazing from nearly every tee box, would highly recommend you visit here
