What the club says: Montgomery Course is the most senior of our two courses. This 6,508 yard, par 72 is generally acknowledged to be the more demanding of the two courses, with 19 strategically placed bunkers and a pond to make life a little more interesting! It has some challenging holes; not least the 443 yard par 4 18th and many a golfer has stood on the 18th tee thinking about The Montgomery Challenge Hall of Fame only to have their hopes dashed with the brutish 443 yards to a difficult green.
The Bruce Course or 'The Wild Child' of Kinross Golf Courses, is highly regarded and seen as a good test of golf. The par 73, at 6,231 yards contains stunning views of the nearby Loch Leven. While occasional golfers often find The Bruce more to their liking, scoring well is no given. And arrogant golfers beware: four early par-5s does not mean four "easy birdie holes", and those who think so often find their card in shreds embarrassingly early in the round. However, spot the optimum scoring opportunities on The Bruce and you just might outsmart this feisty course.

Two decent coursesMature woodland defines most holes, but it's pretty open off the tee. Can get quite wet underfoot.

Nice course, played at 1700 but day light here in Scotland means easy to get a round in. Fairways very good, greens were pretty good, nice clubhouse friendly staff

Good day at Kinross's open day, can't argue with a round of golf and a 2 course meal, as a former member if it wasn't for having to pay the joining fee again I would be renewing straight away
