good round just missing 2 flags from the pins which is disappointing.
also bunker sand is not to good

greens were soft and fairways rolled fair, nicely cut and pins in tough places

course was nice not hard or soft just right and greens where nice soft to land on but putts run fast

qute a new course and council owned so the dress code isn't to strict and anyone can play, not a real difficult course but there are some good holes to test your shots, in bad weather the Telford nine holds lots of water in places and the Wrekin nine runs paralel with the waste tip so can get quite wiffy at times but they seem to be running it down so hopefully it wont be much of a problem much longer, worth a knock.

Course is getting better year by year. Still a lot of work to do to turn this into one of Shropshires elite, but good value for money.

Affordable and Accessible
Not the greatest course around but at ?300 for a year's 5 day membership, it makes golf very affordable and accessible.Reviewer Rating
