I struck my 1st ball here, about a decade ago, and refuse to play anywhere else. Hit a 75 once and felt as though I was ready for the Masters...lol.
This is the home of golf for me, blind greens, ravines, a cliff-hole and a 1-shot dogleg onto the green (If you dare hit through dense woodland).
lakes, bunkers, coastal views, bunny rabbits, birds of prey............WTF else do you need???

Hang on - I'm praising the place... Means more folk in my bloody way...
Earlswood is rubbish guys! Go play at the manor - Easy par there

Excellent value. Can get a little busy at times as it's a turn up and play course.

The course itself is a real gem, from the first to last hole the terrain is constantly changing offering a challenging round for both experienced and novice players alike. The course is kept in excellent condition and the greens are fast. A beautiful course with panoramic views stretching from Mumbles to Porthcawl and on a clear day Devon to the peaks of the Brecon Beacons. Noteable holes are definitely the 14th where you must carry 150 yards to be in with a chance at par and the 16th where a well struck 9 will have you watching the ball float down to the the green below. A great day out at just £12 a round, just a shame there is no 19th hole here to enjoy a well earned beer, highly recommended.

Challenging and spectacular

First trip to Earlswood yesterday and tremendously impressed by the excellent state of the greens and the tricky layout of the fairways, particularly in the back 9. Pity that the weather was poor, but even so, the views were fabulous. Can't wait to play again!

this course is one of the best pay and play public courses around, £12 on a Monday, and only £18 on a weekend and b/hols
a good layout, with a few fairways running parallel, the views across Swansea bay and the Mumbles are stunning
on the day we played (22/04/22) the greens and fairways were in great condition, in fact better than most of the private golf clubs in the area
