What the club says: Harwich and Dovercourt measures only 6010 yards, but is a tricky parkland course near the coast. It features out of bounds close to the left side of almost every hole and a fade shot is a handy weapon. The greens are mostly flat but the subtle borrows need finding.

Played at Harwich at the end of March 2011, this is a nice nine holer, you need to be straight as a hook will see you out of bounds on most holes,a good selection of holes that keep the interest going, greens, fairways and tees are good except one par 3 where you have to play from a mat. this course has a lot of TLC from the Green Staff and was a pleasure to visit.
