Greens in poor condition, very slow. Lots of pitch marks. Lots of bare lies around the greens. Shabby areas where bunkers have been removed or re- shaped, just not finished.
The clubhouse was closed by 6pm with people still on the course.

What a gem of a golf course . I played here only a week ago and for the time of year it is it looks amazing . It's just a shame about the receptionist and staff as my visit was ruined by them . Need to see that your staff are working and behaving in a professional manner at all times . Will not be returning due to this reason .

Tough, hilly and long enough off the back for anyone. Long walks between tees. Greens were in good nick. Clubhouse and staff all welcoming, and food good.

Not sure what this Brian chap is talking about but just played Hampworth for first time in 10 years.Thought the layout was good and very challenging,and the course has recovered really well after the long hot summer.Greens had a good quality grass on them and ran true.Staff and clubhouse all very welcoming and friendly.The twilight rates were very reasonable and a good time was had by all.

Bad time of year as very wet and the greens were poor but I'd like to play again under better conditions.

Such a friendly club, made to feel very welcome.

It was a nice cause a green to a very fast fairies with cut really good and I would recommend it for her friends and colleagues at who play golf

A small but friendly club. A very good front 9 and a shorter back 9, otherwise ratings would be higher. Very good value for money. Would recommend.
