You won't get much better pay and play
Great traditional woodland courses. Still good golf at a great price. VenueHas everything you'll need. Signature hole on the 12 lower course is a great hole.
All holes different with good variety.

nice to play choice of two courses top course is a bit easy lower is a bit more harder too play very good practice ground and driving range

Disappointing
Played Hainault today for the first time since last summer (when I was super surprised how good the greens were) unfortunately the greens were not good today , many of them resembled a cricket pitch, the tee boxes are shockingly bad ! We tee’d off at 3pm as a two ball and in front of us was a 1 ball & there was a 2 ball in front of him so wasn’t expecting it to be too slow unfortunately we were wrong as we crawled round excruciatingly slowly , when we got to the turn we found out why, going down the 11th was a SIX ball and behind them was FIVE ball , I always hope for the best when I go to Hainault as I grew up playing the course, but so often visits to the course are very frustrating and for years now they have done nothing to make sure people are only playing in 4 balls or less, which is why I don’t play there very much anymore. (I used to play there week in week out) After today’s experience it’ll be at least another year before I try it again.Reviewer Rating

could do better
I love Hainault and have played there for over 40 years however simple things like not letting buggies out when its wet would help maintain the course. Sweeping the greens of all the branches that fell yesterday would've been nice too. Also there should be some system to indicate where the flags are (Front, Middle, Back) like a lot of other courses do.(Round played: Feb 2022 - Score: 86 Handicap: 13)

Great course
Course was in great condition. Great value for money. Greens in A1 condition. My only gripe was the linguine restaurant which is way over priced and the food wasn’t that good. But all in all an excellent day.Reviewer Rating

Excellent course
Greens are always in good conditions and the course can be very challenging, well worth a play(Round played: Feb 2022 - Score: 79 Handicap: 17.7)
