Great course. Strongly recommend
Flatter than the other course on the complex. The staff are very friendly and the course is a challenge at times with some holes you can attack. The length of the course is good too, some courses can be a bit short.Reviewer Rating

One of the best venues in the county
Truly one of the best venues in the county with 36 terrific challenging holes with 2 very different layouts and tests for any golfer. Great condition, fantastic shop and clubhouse, excellent staff and always busy, which is the best compliment any golfer can give to a course. Prices could be slightly lower but otherwise a great day out especially if you take on the 36 holes.Reviewer Rating

A cheeky around at the start of the week
Played the Valley course. Really good fun. In great condition, brilliant mix of short, very short and testy holes. Don't be put off by 6 par three holes, they are all fun to play.Reviewer Rating

Great venue, well worth a visit!
Two full length courses; the Lakes a par 72 always in great condition and a good test, and the Valleys a shorter par 68 that requires a high level of course management, with some beautiful, short risk reward holes. I highly recommend a visit.Reviewer Rating

Log Cabin Golf Package is a Winner
We always visit GV in the winter, never in the summer, which is a fault on our part. But, given that the winter package of ?90 for cabin, two rounds, three course meal, brekky and unlimited nine hole play we will always keep coming back. Both courses are great and have different challenges, the nine hole is an adequate warm up and the accommodation and food is top notch. I would absolutely recommend it for the winter and probably the summer (although we have never been in that period). Go for the cabin option as the hotel rooms aren't as nice in our experience.Reviewer Rating
