Quirk course that plays around and over a Horse racing track, some lovely holes and some average holes but overall a good place to play

Links golf is a real test of your game . The greens were first class and par threes all superb. The steward was a great Chap who explained about how the Norwich golfers all like to play winter golf as the course drains well and has no winter greens. A really special day out for the four us.(19/10/2012)

4 excellent pars 3. Holes 8 9 10 11 four of the hardest links holes you will ever play. A great par 5 on the 13th .The Race course and a wretched caravan park prevent this from being the best course on the seaside but a real treat to play.

A very challenging links course. The course could benefit from better signage and course maps as it`s very tricky to navigate. overall great fun to play!!

This is a great golf course , very challenging , a classic links golf course that i am surprised is not better known. The g/fee is £40 and I was fortunate to play on the monday public day at £15, these days fantastic value but the regular fee is still good. To play grass tees and all greens in december was a real bonus and this is all year. The food after was 1st class and the staff, especially in the shop were very helpful. The only let down was the clubhouse was a little tired with poor loos and lots of old fashioned lockers, many broken and dented. I will be looking forward to my next trip to caister and will be taking a party there in the summer.
