Good layout not one better in area, greens very soft after heavy rain. Mixture of rivetted faced & parkland bunkers. Being a mid handicapper I lost a few balls in the deep rough, far too severe for a typical muni course.

A good muncipal course which is good value for money, though the club facilities are a bit lacking with the clubhouse a portakabin.

Have played this course on quite a few occasions but always enjoy it, good value for money and the views over the giant meccano set are well worth a look.

A forgiving course with a large variety of holes. Played this course a few times since I took up Golf last year. It's a council run course which has really good facilities.

During the summer this is a great course. Watch out for the fishermen on the on hole 7 as a stray tee shot nearly sent one swimming.

Last played during the winter but could only rate it then as being poor as most of the greens were under repair and the winter greens were terrible.

For a cheap round of Golf (summer) this course cannot be beaten in the area.
