Great views
Course was playing pretty well considering the awful weather from the recent storm. Greens were very good for winter but a were a little slow, fairways were pretty firm under foot. They did have temp tee areas in some places but were grass so you could put a tee down. Loved the some of views as you walked the higher ground, the slopes and undulations made the course very interesting especially around the green areas.(Round played: Feb 2022 - Score: 79 Handicap: 13.4)

Fantastic condition.
Considering the wet weather and time of year, the course is in great nick. Not the longest of courses but you do need to think carefully off some of the tees. Superb views across the downs, definitely will play again in the summer.Reviewer Rating

Always in great nick...
After four days of heavy rain the course played long but with only a couple of areas of casual water. The greens were in first class condition running true and fast for the conditions.(Round played: Oct 2019 - Score: 93 Handicap: 16.2)

Fantastic course worth visiting
Fairways in excellent condition with new watering system to greens also.Greens were very quick and with some pin positions became real challenges.
Views from around this pretty course of the Thames valley/Oxfordshire great.
Would highly recommend.

Beautiful setting
Quite a climb for the first few holes but worth it for the views at the top and across the countryside.Greens are very fast and it is not easy to stay on some of them.
Course otherwise in excellent condition given the past summer
