Very nice course, tough greens but made up my short par 4s.

played course June 8th 2014. course excellent condition, well done to the green keepers. Had meal excellent food and the waiting staff were very polite and help-full, i definatley will be going back.

Just returned from playing glenisla,course superb,greens immaculate,chef and catering staff were welcoming and very friendly couldn't be more helpful.

Adays golf with my two sons using the Groupon voucher deal on Friday 23rd May. Great course in lovely condition, (With good weather on the day which always helps). Friendly helpful staff in the pro Shop and the Restaurant. Well worth the visit and excellent value. A good test of golf and we will be back .

Very well presented golf course. When we played there was a stiff breeze blowing, which made some of the longer holes a challenge to reach in regulation. The fairways were absolutely beautiful, and the greens were in excellent condition. Congratulations to the green staff. Nice club house for a well deserved refreshment after a very satisfying round of golf. Not the hardest course going, but with a couple of tricky par 3's.

We had a works outing with a party of 12 for a days golf, The course was in great condition, a good test of golf, with some great holes compliments to the green staff. The meals were acceptable, but the clubhouse staff were not the most welcoming seems to be a ongoing problem. To make things worse we were told that last orders were 8.45pm, hence a very unhappy party, (Course played 13th may 2014)

Played on Sat 10th May 2014 after a week of rain. Used my bunkered vouchers and what a great course to visit. Read a lot about the staff but found each person very pleasant notably the 2 girls behind the bar. The course itself was immaculate fairways solid and like a carpet, greens were excellent and the layout a great test. Some of the group felt the fairways were open but the semi rough is troublesome. Really think it\'s a gem of a course, steak pie was first class and the showers were a treat after the round. Pay it a visit.

hi their i would too let you no we played course on 5/4/2014 hwgs 22 players staff very pleasant course in a lovely condition greens great would like too say thank you for the pleasant time we had we will play again worth a visit keep up the good standard and well done green staff

played course in oct 2013,as with so many other reviews,great course shame about the customer service,18 winter greens,club locked unable to collect belongings,2hr journey to play pitch and putt and travel home wet and angry,advised secretary MRS A STUBBORN and was told my comments were harsh and unfair.well if the truth hurts,shame i will never play this course again till theres a change of secretary.really poor customer relations.

PLEASANT PARKLAND COURSE IN GOOD CONDITION. THE RECEPTIONIST HOWEVER COULD DO WITH A COURSE IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS.
ON COMPLETION OF YOUR ROUND DON'T EVEN VENTURE TO THE BAR WE WERE GREETED WITH "WHAT DO YOU WANT , WE STOPPED SERVING FOOD AT 2.45PM". NO MENTION MADE AT TIME OF BOOKING. NOT AT ALL FRIENDLY.

Very pleasant round of golf followed by a decent meal then further 9 holes that were part of the deal. Came back to club house to find it completely locked up we had left our shoes etc. in locker room and only by luck did we find a door open round the side to get in and collect them. Pretty poor you can't even get a drink after a game at 4pm

3rd August 2013, golf course in very good condition, fantastic fairways and greens. The only let down is the miserable attitude of the staff. Such a pity as the course is excellent, and fair value for money.

A well laid out course, with water and bunkers strategically placed. Fairly wide fairways. Two par 5's nearly 600 yards long can make it tough. Easy to find, plenty of parking. A typical modern course. Friendly staff .
