Course looks from the first tee but once you get started you soon start to see the bad areas, rather scruffy in places and the fairways are not the best with long grass rather than nice tight fairways, greens looked okay but are very slow & the tees are not the best. Nice club house but the service is the worst I have seen anywhere, there was no staff attending the bar & we waited at 10 min before we seen anyone then had a long wait before our food arrived & when it did it was not worth waiting for. £10.00 per head for a what seemed like a kids portion, very poor from a club like Glenbervie.

First time I have played this course and you can see why the membership is expensive. Greens were in pristine condition, as were the tees and fairways.Very enjoyable and would recommend to anyone for a treat.

Very good course with 3 par 5's. Nice part of the world. Greens pretty fast, bunkers not well looked after by players, for some reason. Has a good size pro shop, with friendly staff. Clubhouse also very good, with excellent food

This has to be one of the best parkland golf courses in central Scotland, if there is a better one ive yet to play it. Not overly long, with several good driving holes. greens were a bit 'early season' but you could tell they would be excellent in a few weeks, once the better weather arrives. Seems a lot of folk drive past Glenbervie on the way to more famous destinations, I would wholly recommend a detour if your time allows.
