Temporary greens but still a great course
Nice day great potential beats most courses locally I’ve played! my golf pro at the driving range recommended for being really dry course to play in the winter and relaxed the guy in the starters hut was helpful great pay and play courseReviewer Rating

New greens being built on 1 hole
Nice course great layout lots of work being completed on the course with diggers the 17th green is being rebuilt but at £17 still good value, many changes think it’s been taken over with all this workReviewer Rating

Great Potential

Amazing metamorphosis!
Our first return to the Club since it's recent changes. The Hole changes are very positive. Still lots of work going on around the course but a great improvement to what was already a fantastic course. By the time spring comes around it will be brilliant.As s 2 ball, the 4ball ahead of us on the 1st tee asked us to tee off ahead of them and we were let through by another friendly group of members on the 6th.
We took advantage of the breakfast inclusive deal at the end of our 2 hour 35 minute round and basically had the best breakfast we've enjoyed at any golf course in the last year.
The Brand New cosy pro shop still had a few sales items on display so even a bit of retail therapy came in to play- We both can't wait to return.

Excellent challenging course with a huge variety of different holes that you will remember. Not your usual boring flat course !!The views that you see on the course of Cheshire, Liverpool, Wales and Manchester are stunning and make this course one of the best courses in Cheshire for views ans scenary. The course and professional ( Graham ) have a modern approach to Golf which will suit golfers of all ages and abilities. Would I recommend the course to anyone if they like a variety of holes and stunning scenery.

For a game in January, this course played fantastic. Greens not perfect ( but to be expected this time of year ) but still in good shape . This has to be the best draining course in Liverpool , no boggy areas and still run on the ball . Very impressed and well worth a visit any time of the year but you won't be disappointed if you play winter rounds here

Perfect Lake District Course.
Just outside Keswick and surrounded by mountain vistas, this course is beautiful to play. The greens were excellent but it is a bit hilly however a course you will not forget.Reviewer Rating

Frodsham is by far one of my favourite courses to play. The holes are very well maintained and the greens are amazing. Even when playing in the rain (which isn't often for me) this course holds its own.

Great day out, course a tough but fair test. Staff friendly and made us feel most welcome. New greenkeeping team have made a huge impact. The course looks back to its best. We played 18 holes, buggy and full breakfast for £23.00. terrific value for money.Reviewer Rating

Extremely wet!
We always book Frodsham for our Xmass round as whatever the weather, its always open. Credit to the club for managing to keep this course playable after the recent weather. Tough conditions, but any other course would have been closed. Looking forward to playing there again when it warms up a bit(Round played: Dec 2017 - Score: 84 Handicap: 11.8)

great course,open all year on greens,although greens havnt been at the best,due to iragation issues,that have now been rectified,this is an outstanding course,see a few moaners on reviews,but I notice on most of there courses,they are on temps two to three times year,not at frodsham they are always open ,great hospitality,very friendly,the way a course should be run,well done frodsham.Reviewer Rating
