Worth a visit
Nice course with a beck/stream that meanders around the course.Greens are in very good condition and the fairways are open but surrounded by trees so be careful with your shot choice.
Club house is very welcoming for both drink and food.

Nice Club
I called in the Pro Shop to get some information about golf societies. I spoke with Mark the Club Pro. He was very informative about the course and the packages and offered any help he could to accommodate our society. I have now booked on the back of all Mark's help. Lovely flat parkland course. Finished with same ball! Not often that happens! Great facilities at clubhouse, but no hot food after 16:00, after a long hot day!
Nice bacon roll on arrival.
Poor positioning of ball washers. Only noticed them AFTER teeing off at most holes.

Great course, both for beginners and the more experienced golfers. Greens, fairways and bunkers are all in good shape. The staff are friendly and relaxed.

good track

Decent conditions considering how wet it has been lately. Not many pitch marks repaired, in our pair we were fixing at least 6 on every green.

Excellent courses. Played both courses today - West course 9 hole more open but still an interesting challenge. Old Foss course has plenty of dog legs, ditches and trees and the need to put the ball in the right areas to access the flagsReviewer Rating

Good COurse
Bit flat but there are lots of ditches / streams which make it tricky. Tees and greens in good condition.(Round played: May 2020 - Score: 114 Handicap: 30.5)
