scenic course
Very scenic course set on the head, well maintained but bunkers that we experienced were short on sand - and at the seaside! Course is very much an up and back layout but forget your flat links courses this one has character with most holes providing uphill or downhill sections but not mountainous so not tiring. Water is limited to a drainage ditch across a couple of the holes (found it x2) and the odd small pond. No unseen hazards. Greens seemed a bit mixed speed on the day and cross putts didn't break much and were slow unlike downhill. So a nice course to play although a little out of the way. Don't be put off by the score - first game for 3+ months and my driving was unbelievably poor, fortunately we nearly had the course to ourselves. Well worth a visit. Clubhouse friendly but only a quick holiday visit so no time to sample facilities.(Round played: Jul 2019 - Score: 112 Handicap: 24)

Cliff Top
Sort of a cliff top links if there is such a thing. Rough was very thick, 3 yards off the fairway you were lucky to find your ball.Reviewer Rating

Hot Day
Came here to play because it was 30 degrees at home and it was a bit cooler on the coast. Course in good condition but I find the layout a bit up and down, keep playing the opposite direction to the last hole.Exhausted by the end!

Flamborough golf course 10/10
Probably one of the nicest courses I've ever played open lynx golf with hidden danger . Weather glorious when I played but I imagine on a windy day you would be lucky to play to par .Reviewer Rating
