Poor greens and an obvious council maintenance budget. Hole 2 has a large pond right in front of the green and no drop zone so be prepared to lose a few balls as well as shots.

I last played here about 7-8 years ago. It has matured somewhat and I believe it has improved as a result. I thought the greens were quite fast which meant for someone of my ability the ball was running through the back on most of the holes. The fairways had actually got some nicely mown grass on them, no t your average council subsidised cut. A few more strategically placed bunkers would make enderby a bit more of a thinkers course, than a drive & pitch.

Just played Enderby, pay as you play course, overall in good condition, fairwars good, tee boxes good, greens good but a little bare in places. Really is worth the money £14 for 2 x 9 holes, downside - anyone plays, no dress monitor, lacks yardage markers facilities are good well stocked club shop and cafe - part of a leisure complex. Good for beginners may not be testing enough for lower handicaps.

Could be looked after better some greens was very soft and others hard and the rough well was worse than rough having to hack at it

Nice little course to sharpen up your short game. Most holes are an iron off the tee and a pitching wedge into the green. Greens are nice to putt on even though they don't look too great. Plays shorter than some of the yardages on the card....driver and 9 iron to a 471yrd par 5?? Great for a quick practice after work, especially at £6 for as many holes as you like after 4pm

Extremely good value, as only £6 for either 9 or 18 holes if you turn up after 4pm, any day of the week. The course is only 9 holes, so for 18, you just go around twice, which can make the first tee busy. The holes themselves are good, however the course is quite narrow wih 6 of the 9 holes having out of bounds areas to the left or right of the tee, punishing wild tee shots. Overall, if you play after work, it's a good value choice, but if you have all day, other 18 hole courses provide a better challenge,

Good course for beginners with a few tricky holes. Course had a few areas of standing water but it had been raining heavily the day and night before we played.

The course is always well maintained and the shop provides excellent value. My complaint is that groups of slow players hold up others without the courtesy to call faster moving games through. A reminder notice might help.
