Played in the evening after a day of heavy rain. Greens and fairways were soft but course played well.

nice course with greens in excellent condition. tee boxes can be very close to the greens which is a bit odd sometimes

This course rewards accurate tee shots - as well as avoiding rough/trees, you often will benefit from being on the \'correct\' side of a fairway with a significantly better shot in. Course is playing very well at the moment, with their \"new\" greens (8,9,10) at last playing as well as the others. Teeing grounds can still be a bit uneven, which is annoying as it is relatively simple to fix. Members very friendly to visitors. Unfortunately kitchen doesn\'t open early unless there\'s a society in, so I missed the bacon roll I was looking forward to, and machine coffee is only drink.

Played this course 6 June 2011. A really attractive course in fair condition but a number of GURs made it a bit tatty in places. However the greens were fantastic.

Great Course
