I played here yesterday for the first time. (21/05/17). I found the course to be in good condition, maybe 2 of the greens could do with re-seeding but otherwise was brill. The club pro was very friendly with me and happy to help. £10 for 18 holes is excellent value. Will be getting a membership soon.

Interesting course with lots of variety. Wide enough fairways for some forgiveness but still challenge avoiding hazards and trees and again getting onto the green without trouble. About half the holes are blind from the tee. Club house was part of the old Grange building felt like being in church! Couple of taps and coffee and tea, can't remember if food was on. Fiver for nine holes and free cup of coffee so well worth the trip.

a course of enormous potential

This course has a beautiful and magnificent clubhouse building, great spirit from the manager and the layout of the course is challenging and fun at every turn. We need more attention to the putting green, the driving range and grooming the course, so we spend less time looking for balls on the fairway let alone in the rough. We will continue to support the club as the bacon rolls are fab.

tired

a tired old clubhouse with huge potential. Sometimes the course is not mown.

Trees pop up in the most surprising of places.

Tough 9 hole course - lots of trees and water. A real challenge. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely setting, short but interesting course. Greens a bit patchy, but you don't get Augusta for £10 a round. Friendly staff and members.
