Very Good Golf Break
Group of 8 enjoyed nice weather, decent course with some challenging blind tee and approach shots , greens quite pacy for the time of year and considering heavy rain fall before the Friday round. Course & Hotel staff welcoming and friendly and food very nice . A very good location for a group of mixed handicappers looking for a good social resort course set up.Reviewer Rating

An absolutely superb parkland course
We read the great reviews of Donnington Valley GC and were pleased to say that the course and the golfing staff did not disappoint. The course was beautiful, very scenic and in superb condition. The greens were superb, although did not find a flat putt! Really tricky pin positions which made the putting challenging but most enjoyable. The pro shop staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful but, despite being a 115 mile drive for us, we plan to return to this wonderful golf course.Reviewer Rating

Fantastic course well worth a visit
Not knowing the area or course I didn't know what to expect. DV didn't let me down. It was in great condition and the course has some very challenging holes namely the Big Dipper. Water hazards make for a great risk and reward round. Would recommend for sure.Reviewer Rating

Well kept, nice views!
The course was in lovely condition and the greens were excellent. Staff in the pro shop were very friendly and helpful. We were asked to stay in The Vineyard Hotel rather than the course hotel and The Vineyard was excellent, accommodation, food, staff were all top quality.

Nice course but busy
Pro shop staff are exceptionally pleasant and happy to help. Course is / was very busy so pace of play was slow (saw a couple of groups walked off), also trolley's and buggies are in short supply.Course is short but with tight fairways and subtle greens it's a good challenge. Fairways and greens in excellent condition but finding a level lie on some tee boxes was tricky. A very good option for a weekend break!
