Stunning little gem of a course surrounded by Doncaster Race Track

What a transformation, best condition ever !
Early in May I played this course and posted a review mentioning bobbly greens which sparked a response from the pro saying they weren't. They were and even their own members said it. However, take all that back as I played it on 27th May and wow, its like a huge transformation. The greens and fairways were superb and I would say its the best condition I have ever seen it. Once they are able to purchase more hole signs and maybe with maps, this will be a course people will flock to. Pro shop is massively improved and the course seemed busy and from the questions being asked by the other golfers, most people we talked to were new visitors. Go Town Moor, great to see you back contending with the other good courses locally. I will be back !Reviewer Rating

Doncaster’s Best course
Played this fabulous traditional Course just before lockdown great golf course superb food by the delightful June and a Lovely welcome from The adminstater Windy also got a warm welcome from Hank the Tank the waiter who is a bit like the Postman always delivers great course great staff and friendly Professional Staff including the bearded Mini John Daly Cliff.Reviewer Rating

GREAT COURSE
PLAYED THIS COURSE ON THE LAST DAY BEFORE LOCKDOWN ,IT WAS IN FANTASTIC CONDITION MAIN GREENS ,MAIN TEES AND TROLLIES ALLOWED ,I WILL BE JOINING A COURSE AND SOO FAR THIS IS WITHOUT DOUBT THE BEST VALUE REALY FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ASSISTANT THE CATERER JUNE WAS EVER SO HELPFUL AS WELL ,UNDERESTIMATED HOW GOOD THIS COURSE IS GREAT VALUE ONLY £17 CANT WSIT TO PLAY HPWHEN LOCKDOWN EVENTUALLY ENDS.Reviewer Rating

FANTASTIC COURSE SUPERB VALUE
PLAYED THIS COURSE RECENTLY WAS MADE TO FEEL VERY WELCOME BY THE SENIOR MEMBERS HAD A LUSCIOUS COFFEE AND BACON ROLL WAS SERVED BY THE CATERING MANAGER JUNE AND HER DAD DAVE WHO BOOKED LOOKED AFTER US THE COURSE WAS IN FANTASTIC SHAPE GIVEN THE RECENT WEATHER THE GREEN KEEPER CLEARLY KNOWS HIS STUFF OVERALL FANTASTIC VALUE SHAME THE PRO SHOP WAS EMPTY AND CLOSED CANT WAIT TO TRY JUNES FOOD WHEN WE ARE OUT OF LOCKDOWNReviewer Rating

UNBELIEVABLE COURSE
PLAYED THIS COURSE TODAY AS A GUEST OF A MEMBER FANTASTIC VALUE MAIN GREENS AND ALLOWED TO USE MY TROLLEY THE GREENS WERE THE BEST I HAVE PLAYED ON IN THIS AREA THE HEAD GREEN KEEPER HAS WORKED MIRACLES I CANT BELIEVE THIS IS ON MY DOOR STEP FRONT OF CLUBHOUSE NEEDS A BIT OF TLC TRY THIS COURSE YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED PLENTY OF MATURE TREES AND GREAT DRAINAGEReviewer Rating

Winter Golf
Played this course recently and have decided to book a society here in February perfect for are first meeting of the season booked it iniatally through the New Professional very impressed he could not do enough for us and Wendy followed it in a very friendly and Professional manner main greens and main tees very flat course ideal for our society this golf is vibrant and fantastic value everybody made to feel welcome Greens are superb can’t wait until 27th February .Reviewer Rating

Played this course for the 2nd time rang up 5 local courses all on trolley bans or temporary greens I can not believe how good this course I will be joining absolute heaven for only £700 per year top class course and New Pro was actually chatting to everyone was made to feel very welcome by the members and Admin staff Premier league Club Premier League Staff Can’t wait to go again.Reviewer Rating

Great Course
Really enjoyed playing this course. The condition was superb given the time of year. I have played most of the courses in the area and would rate this as my favourite. There is a bit of a walk to the 1st tee, but I’d happily walk double to distance to be play a course as good as this. Thoroughly enjoyable and would definitely recommend!Reviewer Rating

Doncaster’s best kept secret
Played this course for the 1st time the day before lockdown a hidden gem the coursedrains far better than Wheatley gc and Doncaster gc th President Jim was super friendly and very welcoming a hidden gem Cant wait to go back an added bonus buggies are on all year as a scratch player this is without doubt the no 1 course in Doncaster the clubhouse was warm welcoming and friendly fantastic facilities can’t wait to go back new to the area I know where I will be joining thank you.Reviewer Rating
