Long a favourite course, Deanwood is run by a great team led by John Bowness. The golf is always first and the course always immaculate. It can make you feel good playing here but the course requires all round skills and has plenty of little challenges along the way.Reviewer Rating

Great course in lovely condition. Greens very nicely kept, a little short but plenty challenge for me as a beginner

A short course which mainly tests short game although several holes require a good long tee shot to score well. Some challenging bunkers but a fun course

Lovely 9 hole course which you play twice. It's short but that doesn't spoil it. Some nice holes 6, 7, 8 in particular are smashing. Really pleasant to play and in great condition. Greens are excellent as are fairways and neat and tidy trees and plants. Beer was good and the food looked nice although I didn't try that.

Great course for a quick round at the weekend. Always go here with my father in law who has had something of a resurgence playing here. Very good condition and testing without having to pull out the big stick.

Nice little course
Played here whilst staying next door at the Vineyard as just wanted somewhere quick to knock it round. This place was perfect as managed to get round in a little over and hour. Nothing particularly challenging about it but good for a quick knock. In good condition though and well looked after. Nice chap in the clubhouse.(Round played: Jun 2017 - Score: 37 Handicap: )
