Course is in very good nick at the moment hats off the the greenkeepers - the green are the best i've played in 10 years being a member.

Getting Better
The course has had a lot more work done this year and looks good.Greens are running well and the bunkers are improving as work progresses.
Bar has had a makeover but the prices have also gone up.

Exceptional hotel, fantastic staff, great food, better course than expected all 13 of us really enjoyed the weekend.
Just stay on the fairway else your ball will be lost.
Drinks were not cheap but 10% discount helped.

Improving all the time. Greens are now quick and true, course is looking better. There is still work going on at the minute though, a few bunkers are GUR and the 7th hole on this day was not in play due to work being carried out

Very enjoyable weekend hotel very good food and service top quality all staff very friendly the course is a 18 and a 9 we played the 9 hole course and the front 9 the nine hole course is very good greens true and a good test of golf the front nine a bit more used tee boxes a bit worn and a lot longer would recommend for a weekend away

The course is having work done at various times during the week, so please check before booking. Some fairways are still bogey and the ball is not rolling far which at this time of year is to be expected. The club house is not open during the week and isn't the best at service and beer choice on a weekend at the moment, but there is a total refurbishment due sometime in April so hopefully things will get better in the summer!!!!!

Exciting course
We played second nine holes two days in a row.Cold as we were in a buggy both days. Very enjoyable and will definitely visit again in better conditions greens excellent considering amount or rain in recent weeks.Reviewer Rating

course is getting better as more effort has been put in by the ground staff.

As a member for the past few years this course is getting worse and worse. The bunkers are unplayable on most holes, the greens are slow, the rough and fairways are indistinguishable and the tee boxes are in need of repair. The cost of drinks is high and the food menu has been reduced. The driving range is very expensive and again in need of updating and repair. Overall a very poor course that has a lot of potential. Do not waste your money on this course
