Great location
Course in good condition, Lots of water and quite testing. I would have probably given it a better review if it wasn't for the torrential rain and 40+ mph windsReviewer Rating

Decent track
Played here with a work colleague was excellently placed equidistant between Yorkshire and London. Course was in OK knick. tee boxes were disappointing and the greens were okay although just Bern spiked. However for the price we paid ?30 for two (we had a voucher) no complaints at all!Reviewer Rating

Stay Out of the Rough
Course in good condition. Greens running slowish but smooth. Rough very long so must try and keep on the fairways.(Round played: Jul 2020 - Score: 93 Handicap: 13.8)

Generally a great place but the greens on both the courses were really bad. The hotel facilities are great.(Round played: Sep 2019 - Score: 88 Handicap: 19)

Good course, avoid the clubhouse.
Would play there again but will avoid the clubhouse as the food was grossly overpriced and of a very poor standard. We had to return one dish and it took them over 1/2 hour to produce a simple sandwich with a mug of (very salty) soup. On the plus side they do have some gluten free options unlike most golf courses. Course in good condition, greens a bit variable, pace of play was good but we were out early. When we came in there was a long queue on the first tee. Their main focus appears to be society golf.Reviewer Rating

interesting golf society venue
Belton Woods is the largest golf resort within the QHotels / RBH portfolio. Established in 1991, its 45 holes of golf, over three challenging and picturesque courses, includes the Championship Lakes course, home of the oldest PGA tournament in the world, the Midlands PGA Championships , and the 2018 PGA Fourball Championship, which took place between August 29-31.With its long holes, thin fairways and, as the name suggests, plenty of water hazards, the Lakes is a challenging course for any golfer. The picturesque Woodside course has gentle undulating fairways, which makes local knowledge the key to a low score. The course runs alongside many of the wooded areas surrounding the resort and has a number of pot bunkers to catch out the unwary.
